The American Dream

Forty-eight years. It is difficult to believe that a small, one-room operation in Cleveland has grown to a 240,000 square-foot steel service center employing over 125 people. To me, it represents the realization of the American Dream.

As a teenager, I remember assisting my dad and organizing his steel requirements. Today, I have a real appreciation for my father's insight and skill. He had a vision for the future, and that vision has been realized.

This operation has managed to encircle our family and continues to bring us closer together in our daily lives. Joseph Koppelman leads the Mid-West family as Chairman of the Board, while Brian Robbins, CEO keeps us heading in the right direction as Executive Vice President. They are the lifeblood of the organization, and have continued to make my father's dream a successful reality.
